Profound Leadership

This program consists of an individual intake and leadership analysis, three days of training and (a basic of three) individual coaching sessions, finished with a group intervision and recap training day.

Training and coaching can be tailored. Our collaborative leadership program will support individuals to identify their Leadership Values and Leadership Amplifiers to succeed in a fast-changing world.

Organizations flourish by transparency and bold decisions of their leaders and by engagement of their people. As your dot(s) on the horizon are clear in front of your eyes, you know that you need your people, your employees – to get these goals realized getting everybody looking in the same direction management included.

In reality leaders, don’t lead, but are being swallowed by day to day growth challenges, forgetting their competencies necessary to guide the organizations towards these goals and beyond.

Also a lot of organizations tend to be focused on the inside, without asking themselves what value you bring externally.

But your existence as a company or (governmental) department has value because of the service or product that you deliver outside. A service minded or commercial mindset is one of the most difficult parts of being a leader.
